Project Description

As an Educational Consultant, I worked on a course about digitally transforming business processes.

The approach for the course was to develop a project implementation framework that was supplemented by change management techniques, best practices, and tools developed by the Customer Success Consulting Team.

While designing the content I used a reusable learning object approach, that allowed the course to be presented in a single day instructor-led course and then reused online in a series of self-paced courses (via Articulate Rise).
